Thankfully, I have many, many letters from customers. Thank you, they encourage me!
I can even sense the personality in their words and handwriting. They are treasures that I can't bear to throw away and have carefully kept!
My handwriting is poor, so I'm not good at writing or expressing myself in words... but I always include a letter when I deliver a piece. I hope it brings a chuckle and a thought of "Wow, it's so round, lol" when it arrives.
I continue to hammer away every day, without fail. I will keep training, cherishing both what changes and what remains the same.
