Patent rights

Patent Registration

A patent is an exclusive right granted by a nation to protect new ideas and technologies. If an invention is recognized, the inventor alone is granted the right to use or sell that technology for a certain period. It is a system designed to legitimately protect the accumulation of daily ingenuity and exploration.

  • Bangle Inner Curve Design Method

  • The history of jewelry is, in essence, the history of "adornment." Until now, the concept of "wearability" was largely absent from jewelry. In most cases, the beauty of the exterior design and rare gemstones was prioritized over the unseen internal structure.

Considering this historical background, I asked myself again: "What kind of jewelry would truly feel comfortable on the wrist?" This was the origin of my "wrist research." From skeletal structure, muscles, tendon movement, to skin softness... Through countless encounters with wrists, I realized that the sizing and shapes of ready-made products disregard the individuality of each wrist.

Born from this realization is a completely new concept in bangles. It combines minimalist sculptural beauty with functionality, and is designed down to the millimeter to gently embrace the body. Its unique structure has been officially patented.

This bangle is not just jewelry "for adornment." It blends seamlessly with the skin, moves with you, and feels like an extension of your body... It gently accompanies both mind and body as a "talisman-like presence."

Trademark Registration

Trademark registration is a system in which companies apply to the government to protect their product names, logos, marks, and other symbols that represent the "face" of their company or brand. Once registered, the trademark is officially protected by the Japan Patent Office, preventing others from using identical or similar trademarks without permission. It is an important right that safeguards the value and trust of a brand.

  • Wrist researcher

  • Patent Certificate
  • I have encountered countless wrists throughout my career, and what I have deeply come to realize is that each and every wrist possesses its own unique charm.

There are no two wrists that are exactly the same size, or have the same bone and muscle balance, or the same tendon movement. Each has its own individuality, and each is a beautiful and endearing existence, as if narrating a person's character.

In particular, the abductor pollicis longus tendon and the extensor pollicis longus tendon, which are involved in the movement of the thumb, move frequently as they are active in daily life. Some people have these two tendons close together, while others have them separated. Also, some people have the tendons located lower down in relation to the thickness of their wrist, while others have them higher up. Furthermore, some people have no visible tendons on the skin's surface at all. All of these are natural forms and irreplaceable individual characteristics.

Our bodies are not uniform like industrial products. They are not made up of precisely aligned straight lines, but rather a series of soft curves, like those created by nature.

Hoping for a future where the truth of the body and the field of jewelry can harmonize more deeply with people, I have given myself the title of "Wrist Researcher."

  • BITTER GOLD

  • Patent Certificate
  • I named the nameless color "Bitter Gold."

While gold is used as the base, it may not be immediately recognizable as "gold." It's a complex, subdued grayish tone, as if many colors have been blended together. It's a color that evokes a profound nuance, much like layers of oil paint.

From classical paintings to contemporary art, this color, like the quiet感動 (profound emotion) one experiences when gazing at artwork in a museum, reveals various expressions depending on the angle of light and skin tone.

When you see it in person, you'll surely understand that it's "neither just gray nor silver." It subtly enhances the hands of an adult with age. It's a color that embodies such quiet beauty.
