Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending any item; unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

Returned pieces must be unworn, in their original condition and accompanied by all packaging, certificates and proof of purchase. We will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions.

For change-of-mind returns from outside Japan, the client is responsible for insured return shipping, customs duties, taxes and related charges. Original shipping charges and destination-country charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Personalised, altered or specially commissioned pieces may not be eligible for return except where defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with photographs of the piece and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times vary by payment provider.
