Made to Order

Most pieces are completed approximately four weeks after your fit and order are confirmed. We will contact you when your piece is ready to ship.

Delivery Within Japan

Orders within Japan are sent by an insured, trackable service. Domestic shipping is complimentary unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International Delivery

International orders are sent by an insured, trackable service to eligible destinations. Available carriers, delivery estimates and shipping charges are confirmed at checkout or before dispatch.

The recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, customs-clearance fees and any other charges imposed by the destination country. Delivery may be delayed by customs or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate. Contact us promptly if you notice any damage to the parcel or piece.
