Products on our website are shipped internationally to many countries around the world where Japan Post services are available.

Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse orders from overseas, but we will do our best to deliver your order.

For shipments outside Japan, we are not responsible for any import taxes or customs duties imposed by the importing country.

Shipping costs include handling and insurance. All cross-border duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We will deliver the artworks to end-users. The selling price will be solely the price determined by the artist.

【Ordering】

To complete your purchase, please add the items you wish to buy to your shopping cart.

Then proceed to checkout, confirm the shipping cost to your registered address, select your preferred payment method, and submit your order. You will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order details and shipping costs.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight and dimensions of the items in your order. Shipping costs include handling fees and insurance. Essence Kyoto will pack and ship your order within 5 business days of receiving it. International shipping via EMS (Express Mail Service) takes 5-10 days.

For the safety of the artworks, please pack them with used cushioning materials such as newspaper.

[Custom and large orders]

Please let us know your requirements by email. We will propose the best way to complete your order. Please note that handmade works have slight differences and the delivery date may be delayed due to unavoidable reasons.
