Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please contact katsuyoshishimada.info@gmail.com within this period before sending any item. Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

Returned pieces must be unworn and in their original condition, with all packaging, certificates and proof of purchase. Pieces that have been resized, engraved, altered or specially commissioned are not eligible for return unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

How to Return

For returns from within Japan, you may use the prepaid return label enclosed with your order. Return shipping is covered by us.

For returns from outside Japan, we will provide the return address in Japan and shipping instructions after you contact us. Please use a tracked service insured for the full value of the piece. For change-of-mind returns, the client is responsible for return shipping, insurance, duties, taxes, customs-clearance fees and related charges.

International Orders

International orders are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties and import taxes required at destination are included in the total shown at purchase, so no additional payment is normally due on delivery.

Any new duties, taxes or customs-clearance fees arising from a return are not refundable. The refundability of duties and import taxes included at purchase is subject to local law and the rules of the relevant payment and customs providers. Where charges are billed to us in order to receive a returned piece, the actual amount may be deducted from the refund.

Damage or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, contact us with photographs of the piece and packaging. Following review, we will arrange a replacement or other appropriate remedy. We will cover the necessary return and redelivery costs in these circumstances.

Refunds

We will confirm the outcome after the returned piece has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with the terms above. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider.
