Shipping policy

Made to Order

Most pieces are completed approximately four weeks after your fit and order are confirmed. We will contact you when your piece is ready to ship.

Complimentary Delivery

Complimentary insured delivery is provided for orders within Japan and for the initial international delivery of all jewellery orders.

For the initial international delivery, applicable import duties, VAT, local taxes and customs clearance fees are calculated and paid at checkout. No additional payment is due on delivery (DDP).

Delivery Method

Orders within Japan are sent by Japan Post. International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority®. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Delivery Times

After completion, delivery generally takes 1–3 days within Japan and approximately 3–7 business days internationally. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, natural events or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Delivery for Lifetime Care

For international Lifetime Care requests, clients are responsible for insured shipping to Japan. Return delivery after service is complimentary. Import duties, VAT, local taxes and customs clearance fees, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the client.

Damage During Transit

While we take great care in packaging, the outer box may occasionally show minor scuffs or dents after being handed to the carrier. We appreciate your understanding as long as the jewellery itself is unaffected.
